  • Order on Request: If the product is out of stock, you can submit a request. We will deliver the product to the selling point where you ordered it within 15 business days.

2. Return Procedure

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product. Please follow these steps for a smooth return process:

    • You need to request a return label from Returnista. This can be done easily online.
    • When creating the return label, you will have two options:
      • Shipping: You can choose to send the package back via a shipping service.
      • Drop Off at Selling Points: You can also choose to drop off the package at one of our local selling points.
  1. Provide a Return Reason:
    • When you create the return label, you will be asked to provide a reason for the return. This helps us improve customer service and identify any quality issues.
  1. Return the Package:
    • Once you have received the return label, carefully pack the product and attach the return label.
    • Send the package or drop it off at the selling point, depending on the option you selected.
  1. Confirmation of Receipt:
    • Once we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation via email.
    • We will inspect the product and, if it meets the return conditions, process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

    Your jewelry deserves care. Regular cleaning and careful use help minimize wear-related damage. Avoid exposure to chemicals (such as cosmetics or cleaning agents) and store your jewelry in a safe place when not in use.
  3. Exclusions
    Damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or wear is not covered under this warranty. Modifications or repairs made by third parties without the consent of Makdis may also void the warranty.
  4. Additional Services
    In addition to the standard warranty, we offer a free polishing and maintenance service for a period of 5 years. This keeps your jewelry looking as good as new.
